Expansion Marks Continued Progress in Business
Development for Company
(LAKEWOOD, Colo., June 20, 2006) – HomeSphere, a technology-leveraged
service provider to residential homebuilders and manufacturers,
today announced partnerships with four top manufacturers’
brands of building products, further expanding its Builder Resources
Inc. (BRI®) Program.
The manufacturer’s – HB & G, Rinnai, Marentech and
Syngenta – join 60 other manufacturers currently using the
web-based software to manage rebates to homebuilders and, in turn,
better understand their product distribution.
BRI® is a unique web-based tool – designed specifically
for the residential homebuilding industry – serving both manufacturers
and builders. BRI’s efficient, easy approach – made
even better with the implementation of web-based technology five
years ago – has helped underscore $300 million-plus worth
of product sales, resulting in more than 90,000 homes closed in
2005.
Notes Glenn Renner, Chief Marketing Officer for HomeSphere: “We
welcome these top manufacturers to our proven program. We know that
they will benefit from the local market knowledge gained through
BRI®, assisting their sales organizations to target new business
and close more sales.”
With over 800 builders on the program, manufacturers gain advanced
understanding of their supply chain and increased exposure for their
products through an efficient rebate management program. As a result,
they gain inroads to new accounts and build recognition for their
products and services. Builders, on the other hand, can efficiently
gain product knowledge and manage their cash-producing rebates,
keeping them on the cutting edge as they trim their bottom line.
The Colorado-based company plans further options for their customers
and clients in 2006, including collaborative buying and market intelligence
resources and supply-chain services.
