Growing Customer Base and Staff Size Spur the
Move
(DENVER, CO - December 1, 2004) - HomeSphere, Inc., a Denver-area-based
firm that provides services and products to the new residential
construction market, relocated on November 19, 2004 to a new corporate
headquarters facility in Lakewood, Colorado. The move, says Jim
Waldrop, CEO and founder of HomeSphere, brings the company's sales,
production, support and executive staff into a single location,
including staff from HomeSphere's Raleigh, North Carolina-based
sales and support operation.
HomeSphere's new Denver West facility, a 10,000 square foot space
situated at 1626 Cole Boulevard, Suite 200 in Lakewood, provides
room for the company's growing base of employees in a location that's
easily accessed from Interstates 70 and 25. The company, which was
founded in 1999, has seen significant growth in market size and
in staff size, says Waldrop. "Demand for HomeSphere products and
services is continuing to grow in the new residential construction
industry," he notes, adding, "which has meant the addition of new
staff and, subsequently, the need for additional space."
Waldrop says HomeSphere selected the Denver West area because of
its proximity to major highways, as well as to other business support
services.
