The Benefits of Joining HomeSphere’s Community of Builders
July 16, 2018
The strength of HomeSphere’s rebate program lies in the strength of our builders. With more than 2,300 residential builders actively claiming rebates, HomeSphere forms the largest community of builders in the United States.
What does this mean for builders like you?
When you’re a local or regional builder going it alone, there’s simply not enough time in the day to negotiate rebates with every manufacturer. On top of that, many builders don’t have the production volume to negotiate rebate amounts that will compete with what the national builders are receiving.
HomeSphere solves both problems by using our collective size to negotiate rebates on your behalf.
In the eyes of the top manufacturing brands that join our program, HomeSphere’s builder community is the largest production builder in the country. In 2017, HomeSphere builders constructed over 200,000 homes. That’s more than 17% of the U.S. residential market and more homes built than the top 12 national builders combined.
Manufacturers join HomeSphere’s program to reward loyal customers and to connect with them directly. Just as it’s not efficient for builders to find and negotiate individual rebate contracts themselves, running an in-house rebate program requires tremendous overhead for the manufacturer.
A Builder Rebate Program That Saves You Time and Money
HomeSphere handles the rebate administration process for both the builder and the manufacturer through our award-winning technology. We ensure that the builder collects all eligible rebates, which are combined and sent in a monthly check. In return, the manufacturer gets to know who their customers are and reward them directly.
As such, HomeSphere has over 80 participating manufacturers offering rebates on more than 1,500 eligible building products and materials.
For builders, this offers the freedom to build homes with the products they want while saving money and time in the process. That’s why more than 500 builders joined HomeSphere in 2017.
