New Chief Financial Officer and new Chief Revenue Officer to support growth of industry-leading digital marketplace
DENVER (Dec. 4, 2018) -- HomeSphere, a leader in construction technology, has added the positions of Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Financial Officer to its leadership team, effective today. The new structure will strengthen the leadership team as HomeSphere builds a world-class technology platform that uses the power of data to elevate workflow across the entire housing market lifecycle.
“Since our founding in 1999, we have pioneered the use of technology in the residential construction industry,” said HomeSphere CEO Glenn Renner. “Our new leadership structure gives us a strong foundation to launch our next evolution – and fundamentally change the industry by opening the flow of informative data to all stakeholders along the entire value chain from home construction to ownership.”
Greg Schwarzer, a data solutions sales and operations executive who was most recently Senior Director of Data Sales at Twitter (NYSE:TWTR), joined as Chief Revenue Officer. In the new position, Schwarzer will link business strategy to the execution of sales productivity and customer service. He is well-suited for the role, with years of experience leading sales teams, sales operations and product rollouts for large and small technology companies, including his own consulting company, which focused on sales training, sales outsourcing and developing entry-level sales talent. Schwarzer holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) and an international marketing certificate from the Australian Graduate School of Management at University of New South Wales.
Dena Glover was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. An 11-year veteran of HomeSphere, Glover was formerly its Vice President of Operations. In the new role, Glover will manage HomeSphere’s business systems, aiming for continual improvement and alignment between its processes and company vision, while continuing to ensure HomeSphere’s financial well-being. A Colorado certified public accountant (CPA), Glover holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology from University of Colorado, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and accounting from University of Phoenix.
