Zelman & Associates Reports Homeownership Rises Again Despite Transaction Weakness

The latest analysis and forecast from The Z Report shows homeownership is on the rise, even with a drop in public builder orders, weak home closings and a rise in existing home prices.
The Z Report, a bi-monthly report compiled by the research firm Zelman & Associates, expects market fundamentals to remain favorable in 2019 and 2020.
According to The Z Report:
