What are all of the updates?

When you log in to HomeSphere-HQ, you will now be able to access a new Company Profile, which lets us get to know you better, as well as two new reports — your Community and Product Plans and the HomeSphere Brand Catalog. Learn more about them below.

 

What is the Company Profile and why should I fill it out?

The company profile is a short questionnaire designed to give us a better idea about who you are as a builder, what projects you’re working on and what industry topics are of interest to you. The profile is divided into five, short sections. By completing the profile, we will have a richer idea of who you are and how your Regional Market Specialist can help you earn rebates, build brand relationships and match you to the right products, trades and even other builders who have the same interests and concerns as you.

 

Why is it important to update my Company Profile and how often should I update it?

Updating your profile will help keep us in the loop on your projects and interests, so we can better work with you on available rebates, brand partnerships and more. The more information your Regional Market Specialist has about you, the better they can help you. We suggest updating your Company Profile when already submitted projects have passed and you have additional projects to add, and when your interests change. For instance, if you decide to pursue green building projects, that’s information your Regional Marketing Specialist will want to know so they can check for partnership and product opportunities.

 

What are you going to do with my profile information?

The HomeSphere team, including our market specialists, will have access to your profile information to understand you and your needs better. Our Regional Market Specialists will use the information to maximize your rebates, make recommendations and facilitate partnerships with manufacturers.

 

How do I update my Company Profile?

What are the new reports and why are they beneficial to me?

You have two new reports. They are:

  1. Community and Product Plans: This report allows you to view your product plans across each community you work on. With it, you can verify the products we have on file for each of your projects. This way you can ensure you’re getting credit for all of the rebate-eligible products you use from our manufacturer partners.
  2. HomeSphere Brand Catalog: Unlike the first one, this isn’t so much a report as brand-new access to our entire catalog of rebate-eligible products, so that you can check at your leisure what brands and products are available. The catalog indicates the categories (like roofing, tile, etc.) we have in our program, allowing you to plan for future products while considering rebate earnings potential.

 

How do I access the new reports?

Log in to HomeSphere-HQ and click on Reports in the left-hand navigation bar. Watch our tutorials here for a more in-depth look.

 

Did my Income Summary report change?

Yes. We added new columns for manufacturer names, products and usage quantity to give you a better look into your rebate program. As you review your updated reports, keep in mind that your incentive value is dependent on your brand and product usage and could vary if you change or remove brands and products from your rebate plan.

 

What do I do if I find an error regarding my product usage in my Community Products and Plans?

Contact your Regional Market Specialist. They will update your plan for you and verify that the correct changes are made. Their information can be found in the RMS Locator within HomeSphere-HQ.

 

Who should I contact if I want to switch to another product in the brand catalog?

Your Regional Market Specialist will also help you switch products and update your rebate plan.

 

Can I download the information in the reports?

At this time, you can export the data from your Income Summary Report anytime. Your data in the other reports will be available to use inside of HomeSphere-HQ at any time.
