How to View Captures Taken
A list of all addresses captured is found on the home screen under the My Captures heading. From this screen you can search for an address you've captured, add more captures to a specific address, or update the address of captures you've taken.
What can I do from my home screen?
- Capture a new address by tapping the New Capture button at the bottom of the screen
- Add captures to an address you've already started by tapping the + button next to the address.
- Update an address by swiping left on an address and tapping the edit pencil.
- Need to find a specific address? Use the search bar at the top to search or sort the addresses you've captured.
Swipe left on the capture address you want to update and tap the edit pencil. On the Update Gallery Address screen, enter the correct address and hit save. You've just moved all captures to the correct address!
This means your captures have been sent HomeSphere's servers and can be viewed in the HomeSphere-HQ portal. You might also see:
- Syncing - this means your capture data is currently being sent to HomeSphere
- Unsynced - your data is currently stored on your device and has not yet been sent to HomeSphere.
The sync process usually happens almost instantly but can be delayed by poor cellular/wi-fi service.
