How to Set Up HomeCapture
New to HomeCapture? These instructions will help first time users set up HomeCapture. If you have not already, install HomeCapture before moving forward.
Set Up your HomeCapture Account
- Open HomeCapture and tap Sign Up
- Enter a valid email
- Set and confirm your password
- Enter your first name
- Enter your last name
- Enter your mobile phone number
- Select whether you're a builder or subcontractor from the toggle
- Enter and select your builder or subcontractor name from the suggested options
- After tapping Sign up, you will be prompted to enter a validation code that is sent to your email
- After entering the code, tap Verify email
The validation code is sent to the email you entered when signing up for HomeCapture. Check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, contact customer support.
Builders and Subcontractors with active accounts are shown here. If you do not see your company's name here, you may not be signed up to use the My HomeSphere suite. Visit the sign-up site, or contact HomeSphere support.
Your password must contain at all of the following:
- A minimum of six characters.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one number
- At least one special character [!@#$%^&*.]
You'll also need to confirm your password. If what you enter in the password and password confirmation fields do not match, you will not be able to move to the next step.
